Our 5 – Step Process

Inspection - Inspect all wood making sure wood is acceptable to be preserved.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Clean - Using the most effective cleaning chemicals and finish removers to bring your wood close to its original color as possible. Please note we do not use chloride bleach as this will make the wood treatment fail prematurely.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Test - We then test the wood to make sure the pH in the wood is neutral. If the pH is too high we then apply a neutralizer/ brightener to condition the wood, this makes for better penetration and uniform application. If not done the wood treatment will fail prematurely.

Sand - By sanding all horizontal surfaces we are able to remove old wood fibers and open up the pores so the wood treatment will adsorb properly.

Treatment - We then apply 2 coats (Wet on Wet) of wood treatment on all surfaces protecting it from the Sun and Water that can quickly damage your investment.
